A modern outreach platform designed to connect potential tenants, investors, and partners with HOST Park's unique coastal innovation campus. Built in Webflow with a scalable CMS, custom maps, and integrated media.
NELHA needed a digital presence that could communicate the scale and opportunity of their 900-acre coastal science and technology campus. The existing site was outdated and didn't reflect the caliber of research and innovation happening on-site.
I designed and built a custom Webflow site from scratch. The CMS architecture supports tenant profiles, success stories, news updates, and media galleries, all structured to grow with the park's evolving needs. Multi-reference fields and conditional visibility allow content managers to organize and display information without needing custom code.
I designed custom vector-based maps to show infrastructure zones, tenant parcels, pipelines, and points of interest. The maps maintain visual clarity at multiple zoom levels and include layered overlays that help visitors understand the campus layout and available resources.
The site integrates a 360° virtual tour hosted on Momento360, video success stories captured by Andrew Hara and Joey Trisolini, and a photo library that showcases the environment and facilities. Performance was a priority, so all media was optimized for fast load times across devices without sacrificing quality.
The result is a responsive, scalable platform that positions HOST Park as a world-class destination for ocean science, aquaculture, and renewable energy innovation.
One of the main challenges was structuring the CMS to accommodate multiple content types (tenants, stories, media) while keeping the backend manageable for non-technical users. I used Webflow's multi-reference fields strategically and built reusable components that content managers could update without breaking layouts.
Balancing rich media with performance required careful optimization. High-resolution photography and 360° panoramas needed to load quickly, so I worked with compressed formats, lazy loading, and CDN delivery to keep the site fast.
Coordinating feedback across multiple stakeholders at NELHA meant managing evolving content needs and design preferences throughout the project. Clear documentation and staged reviews helped keep the process on track.
